Emirates Health Services unleashes the power of AI to reduce clinical Documentation and physician burnout

As a response to physician burnout and reduced quality of patient care, the Emirates Health Service (EHS) has begun implementing AI-powered speech recognition solution, 3M Fluency Direct, to ease documentation demands on doctors. This system allows for ease of input, improved accuracy, and greater efficiency in patient records management. After 1.5 years of implementation, all EHS facilities are using the system, with 94% of users reporting a reduction in documentation time by about 50%.
