Epic-based telehealth platform keeps patients coming back to WellSpan Health

WellSpan Health has adopted an Epic-based virtual care platform, which provides all essential patient information to doctors and improves interoperability and data exchange. The system has enhanced the connection between patients and doctors, performing according to the brand promise. Since its launch in February 2023, the platform has served over 6,000 patients, with average wait times of 16 minutes and more than 20% repeat users.
