Estonia ranks first in the world in the national cyber security index

Estonia has risen two places in the National Cyber Security Index to take first place. This was following the recent formation of the Cyber Command by the Estonian Defence Forces. The previous leader, France, fell to second place, with Germany ranked third. The National Cyber Security Index measures the readiness of countries to tackle cyber threats and handle cyber incidents.
