Europol Shuts Down Major Phishing Scheme Targeting Mobile Phone Credentials

Authorities have dismantled an international criminal network using a phishing platform to unlock stolen and lost mobile phones. The platform, named iServer, allegedly claimed over 483,000 victims around the world. Named Operation Kaerb, the collaborative effort led to the arrest of 17 and solved 921 cases, including prominent crimes involving mobile phones and electronic devices.
