Eye care company suffers 377K-record data breach – TechTarget

US eye care provider, EyeMed, suffered a data breach, affecting 377,000 customers. Personal data including names, addresses and health plan codes were exposed. EyeMed announced they had cleaned up affected systems and were working to improve data security measures.
