Federal court tosses Chamber of Commerce's Medicare negotiation challenge

A federal court has dismissed a lawsuit brought by the US Chamber of Commerce against the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program. The court ruled that several plaintiffs in the case lacked standing and that the Chamber of Commerce’s claim that it could sue on behalf of its members was wrong. The US Chamber of Commerce would need to file separately in a different venue.
