Fidelity National Financial confirms data of 1.3 million customers exposed in cyberattack

Fidelity National Financial has revealed that data for 1.3 million customers was exposed in a cyberattack. Although the real estate services company didn’t confirm whether the attack was ransomware-related, some security experts suggest it was likely. The ALPHV/BlackCat ransomware group has previously claimed responsibility for the attack. Fidelity became aware of the incident on 19 November, reportedly having it contained by 26 November.
