Forescout partners with Medigate to reduce medical IoT device risk

IoT security company Forescout has partnered with Medigate to secure internet-connected medical devices. The collaboration will utilize passive technologies to identify and classify all connected devices, including unknown and hard-to-classify devices, while minimizing disruption. It will provide insights to support security policies and protect biomedical devices through vulnerability management and threat detection. The partnership will also enable healthcare customers to implement effective segmentation and control access to the clinical network.
