Former Jefferson CMIO joins SUNY Upstate

SUNY Upstate Medical University has appointed Dr. John Kairys, former medical director of remote patient monitoring at Jefferson Health, as its new chief medical information officer. His role will encompass overseeing technology initiatives that improve care quality, strategic planning and implementation of new IT systems.
