Google Calendar Is a Potential Tool for Hackers to Control Malware

Google has issued a warning that its Calendar software can be exploited by potential hackers to plant and control malware. The Calendar will mask the command and control activity, thus making it appear as normal traffic and making detection more difficult for anti-virus programmes and cybersecurity experts. But the company said it has not yet seen any hackers using the calendar in this way, though others have expressed interest in doing so.
