Google files lawsuit against scammers using trademarks to target customers with malware

Google has sued three unidentified individuals that are leveraging Google’s trademarks to dupe potential customers into downloading malware disguised as the Google Bard artificial intelligence program. Held in a Northern California federal court, the current John Doe defendants are profiting from the growing interest in Google Bard AI. Google’s lawsuit accuses them of creating multiple Facebook pages to promote fraudulent bard AI downloads.
