Google tackles scammers offering malware-laden Bard imitator

Google is suing unknown individuals for offering malware-laden software called Bard, the same name as Google’s own AI tool. The group allegedly created social media ads for the software, using Google’s name and trademarks to deceive victims into downloading malware. Google has sent about 300 takedown notices since April, and is seeking a court order to prevent and disable such domains.
