Google Updates Play Protect To Scan For Malware in Real-Time

Google’s anti-malware program for Android devices, Google Play Protect, has been upgraded to scan apps in real-time, including those not on the Play Store, to better detect threats and malware. The updated version scans an app’s behavioral code as it’s being downloaded to check for potential harm and warns users about any risk.
