Hackers threaten to publish huge cache of NHS Scotland data

A ransomware group called INC Ransom is threatening to publish 3TB of stolen data from NHS Dumfries and Galloway if their demands aren’t met. This comes after the Scottish health board warned earlier this month that a significant amount of staff and patient data could have been obtained by hackers. Despite the threats, the leaked data isn’t perceived as valuable to cyber criminals, with most of the material being several years old.
