Hackers threaten to release huge amounts of stolen NHS Scotland patient data

Hackers have threatened to release large volumes of stolen data from NHS Scotland, including patient and staff information. Ransomware group INC Ransom claimed they had three terabytes of data and posted letters and medical reports as proof. The breach report follows a cyber attack on NHS Dumfries and Galloway in mid-March. NHS is working with Police Scotland and other agencies, and will contact patients whose data has been leaked.
