Hackers threaten to release huge amounts of stolen NHS Scotland patient data

Ransomware group INC Ransom has threatened to release three terabytes of stolen data from NHS Scotland, including patient and staff information, unless their demands are met. The group posted several examples online to prove their claims. The cyberattack follows another that targeted NHS Dumfries and Galloway on 15 March. The health board’s CEO Jeff Ace confirmed that the group obtained some patient data.
