A threat actor claims to be selling Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization’s database, containing around 168 million records and spanning from 1984-2024, on a hacking forum. The database allegedly contains extensive personal, financial, and accommodation details, and source code for Hajj-related apps and services. Consequences could include identity theft and major privacy violations if the claim is confirmed. Despite the alleged breach, the organization’s website appears to be functioning normally.
