Health board ‘running as normal’ after cyber attack

NHS Dumfries and Galloway has suffered a major cyber attack, with sensitive patient and staff data likely stolen. Although services are currently running as normal, there is a risk of disruption. An investigation is ongoing with support from the National Cyber Security Centre, the Scottish government, and Police Scotland.
