HealtHIE Nevada teams with VA and DoD

HealtHIE Nevada has joined up with the US Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense to make its health information exchange available to service members across Nevada. The veterans and active-duty personnel will now have access to clinical data from health facilities in the state, including labs, medications, and discharge information. The connection, which became operational on June 12, will enhance care coordination and improve overall patient care.
