HIE Roundup: New additions – and new breaches

PointClickCare and C3HIE have joined forces to improve patient data communication across 40 Texas hospitals and enhance health outcomes. Meanwhile, Oklahoma’s government has retracted a ruling that required health facilities to share data with state health information exchanges (HIEs). In Connecticut, a state audit revealed 51 personal data breaches, including three unreported ones, at the HIE Access Health CT.
