Highland man victim of two NHS Highland data breaches in past 18 months

A patient in the Highland region has criticised the NHS after his personal information was leaked for the second time in 18 months. His data was first revealed in a breach involving the names and email addresses of around 40 HIV patients. In the most recent incident, his information was included in a spreadsheet emailed to 31 people along with the details of 283 others. The patient has called for an investigation by Health Secretary Jeane Freeman.
