HIMSSCast: Foundation of good data drives enrollment, claims payment and member satisfaction 

According to Gary Davis, national practice leader for software company Noyo, technology upgrades are needed in the insurance industry, particularly in the enrolment process. Currently, bringing a new health insurance member online can take up to two weeks. Davis argues that AI can improve this process, by using good data feeds to improve the patient experience and reduce delays or inaccuracies in billing or access to care.
