HITRUST has launched an AI Assurance Program to enable healthcare organizations to develop secure strategies for artificial intelligence models. This program aims to prioritize risk management, enabling healthcare organizations to engage more proactively with their AI service providers. It offers a trusted approach to security assurance, understanding the risks of AI model implementation, and demonstrating adherence to AI risk management principles. The program also works with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for maintenance and faster regulatory mapping.
