How Catholic Medical Center achieved personalised care with big data, AI
South Korea’s Catholic Medical Center (CMC) has used big data and AI to improve personalised patient care within just two years of digitisation. This includes the creation of a mobile patient application hosting outpatient and inpatient services, mobile kiosks for patient registration, a “MyData” viewer platform, and future projects such as an AI-powered patient decision support system. The transformation was facilitated by the Catholic Information Convergence Institution.
