How Catholic Medical Center achieved personalised care with big data, AI

South Korean health institution Catholic Medical Center (CMC) has rapidly digitalised in two years, harnessing big data and AI to deliver personalised care. As part of its digital transformation, CMC has developed mobile apps and platforms for patients and clinicians to access health data, anonymised its data across hospitals, and built big data and AI-powered solutions. The digital transformation agenda included developing AI-based systems for remote management of infectious disease patients and applications for smoking cessation, death hearing loss, dementia and alcohol addiction.
