How digitally mature is Australian aged care today

A new survey assessing the digital maturity of over 165 aged and community care providers in Australia reveals an industry average maturity score of 58.4 out of 109. While confidence in cybersecurity was high, concerns were raised over resident data security, and lack of innovation and real-time data use were identified. The ACIIT, who spearheaded the survey, has also produced toolkits to enhance digital maturity in the sector.
