Hundreds of operations and appointments cancelled in week after NHS cyber attack

A cyber attack on UK pathology services provider Synnovis by suspected Russian group Qilin has caused widespread disruptions in NHS hospitals. The attack, which left Synnovis with limited ability to process blood tests, resulted in the cancellation of over 800 operations and 700 outpatient appointments.
