ID firm, ONC work on trusted identity
A recent survey has indicated that 38% of adults believe it is easier to achieve world peace than to remember all of their passwords. This is because the majority of Americans have around 25 username and password combinations, on average, and often use the same ones repeatedly. The National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC) is working to address this issue by developing a trusted identity ecosystem that can be used across multiple industries, including healthcare.
