Healthcare security firm Imprivata has acquired FairWarning Technologies, a patient privacy intelligence tool provider, in a move to enhance security and privacy measures for healthcare enterprises. Imprivata aims to offer a single digital identity platform that combines access controls, identity governance, and data privacy compliance. The acquisition enables Imprivata to expand its solutions and provide a more comprehensive customer experience. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
