India’s Union Budget for 2024-2025 allocated Rs 90,958.63 crore ($10.8 billion) for healthcare, with a decrease in funding for digital health initiatives. The National University Centre for Oral Health Singapore plans to leverage digital technology for dental care by integrating AI with its EMR system. Meanwhile, the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. launched the ePhilHealth platform to streamline service access and increase security following a ransomware attack.
