Information Commissioner: Persistent sensitive information breaches failing people living with HIV – ICO

The Information Commissioner has expressed concern over repeated breaches of sensitive information, affecting individuals living with HIV. These violations are failing to protect these individuals’ privacy and are consequently not meeting standards set by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
