Iranian hackers launch malware attacks on Israel’s tech sector

Imperial Kitten, an Iranian threat group, has been linked to a new campaign targeting transportation, logistics, and technology firms. The group is reportedly linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and has been active since 2017, carrying out cyberattacks in various sectors. The recent attacks were discovered by CrowdStrike, who claim Imperial Kitten launched phishing attacks in October with a ‘job recruitment’ theme.
