J P Morgan Data Breach Leads To Class Action Lawsuit
A former employee of the Long Island Railroad, Benjamin Valentine, has filed a class-action lawsuit against J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., accusing the finance giant of poor security measures that caused a data breach. The breach exposed the personally identifiable information (PII) of its clients’ employees, leading to issues such as privacy invasion, identity theft, and data misuse for roughly 451,000 affected individuals.
