Key steps for equitable access during emergencies

Three high-impact steps to ensure equitable access to health products during emergencies, particularly in low and middle-income countries, have been proposed by Georgetown’s health law expert Sam Halabi and medical student George O’Hara. These include expanding regulatory coordination and planning, leveraging regional and multilateral development banks, and promoting flexibility in pandemic agreements.
