Key to lasting clinical adoption of digital solutions

SA Health’s Patient Reported Measures (PRMs) Program, which uses The Clinician’s ZEDOC solution for real-time patient data collection, went live at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide. The program enables patients to report on their health outcomes and experiences to assist clinicians’ decision-making. Data from surveys can be reviewed in real time and historically, improving the patient-clinician relationship. Further rollouts are planned throughout 2024 and 2025, with robust security measures in place to protect patient information.
