The U.S. operates global health programs in almost 80 countries, covering areas such as AIDS relief, tuberculosis, malaria, neglected tropical diseases, reproductive health, maternal and child health, nutrition, and global health security. A tracker provides yearly updates and overviews of these programs by country and region, using FY 2023 data.
