Korea to link health records of 8 million patients to MyHealthway

South Korea aims to connect over eight million patients’ health records from tertiary general hospitals to the MyHealthway platform by 2023. The platform, which stores 113 types of health data, allows for secure and standardized viewing of medical records. So far, 860 health institutions have joined the platform, with a target of 1,263 total institutions by next year.
