Labour demands assurances over NHS software provided by racism storm Tory donor’s company

Tory donor Frank Hester’s firm, The Phoenix Partnership (TPP), has won over £400m of NHS and Government contracts since 2016. Hester, TPP’s CEO, has come under scrutiny following allegations of racist remarks, subsequent to which there have been calls for Chancellor Rishi Sunak to return Hester’s £10m donations. Labour has raised concerns about data breaches linked to TPP, asking for assurances over safety and security of its software provided to the NHS.
