Lacework unifies code and cloud security

Cybersecurity firm Lacework announced its new code security offering, aimed at identifying security issues before the code is deployed. Using static program analysis (SCA and SAST) for third and first-party code respectively, the product aims to offer full visibility, prompt issue identification, and faster fixes across the entire application lifecycle. The platform is also designed to consolidate data from different sources to enhance efficiency and provide deeper security insights.
