Ticketmaster has confirmed a data breach after identifying unauthorized activity in a third-party database. The company is co-operating with law enforcement and aims to mitigate risks. The breach could potentially impact millions of customers worldwide. Hacking group ShinyHunters claimed responsibility and demands a ransom of $750,000. This may not affect Ticketmaster’s overall operations, but up to 560 million Ticketmaster customers’ personal details may have been compromised.
