Cloud security is the most difficult IT skill for employers to find, according to a survey by Burning Glass Technologies. The US Department of Labor predicts that employment in computer and IT occupations will grow 12% by 2024. Employers take on average 96 days to fill a job that requires cloud security skills. Other difficult-to-fill skills include metadata design and integration architecture. The most sought-after technology job is technical manager/director.
