A security breach at Lurie Children’s Hospital earlier this year affected over 791,000 people, including patients. The hospital system experienced a cyberattack in February that lasted over a month. The network was accessed by a known criminal entity, with both internal and external cyber experts currently collaborating with the FBI to identify the source.
