Major London hospitals disrupted by cyber-attack

A cyber-attack on private company Synnovis has severely disrupted major London hospitals, causing the cancellation of operations and blood transfusions. The attack has affected seven hospitals under two NHS trusts, also impacting GP services across six regions. This marks the third cyber-attack on Synnovis’s parent group, Synlab, in the past year.
