Malicious DDoS Attacks Rise 150% in 2022 According to New Report — Security Today

The number of DDoS attacks increased by 150% globally in 2022, according to a report by cybersecurity firm Radware. The rise is partially due to digitalization and geopolitical tensions, with attacks also becoming more powerful, frequent, and complex. The report also highlighted that Americas witnessed the biggest increase in attacks (212%) and organizations are now combating an average of 29.3 attacks daily.
