Massive botnet quietly harvesting 2 million vulnerable IoT devices, report says

Chinese security firm Qihoo 360 Netlab and cybersecurity firm Check Point have warned of a powerful IoT malware called Reaper, which is spreading through vulnerabilities in IoT software and hardware. Reaper has infected 2 million vulnerable IoT devices across more than 1 million organisations, and is more powerful than the Mirai botnet that hit globally last year.
