McLaren Health Care confirms cyberattack after IT system disruptions

McLaren Health Care, which operates 13 hospitals in Michigan, confirmed a cyberattack disrupting its IT and phone systems. Most surgeries will proceed but some non-emergent appointments and treatments will be delayed. It is not yet known if any patient or employee data has been breached. This comes less than a year after McLaren suffered a ransomware attack.
