Most Black and Hispanic Adults Expect to Get the New COVID-19 Vaccine, Though Most White Adults Don’t

A KFF survey reveals 51% of US adults will “definitely” or “probably” avoid the latest COVID-19 vaccine. The figure includes 31% of those already vaccinated. Among Black and Hispanic adults, 59% have received or anticipate receiving the vaccine, while 58% of white adults will “definitely” or “probably” refuse it. Factors contributing to the hesitancy include a lack of concern about catching the virus (52%) and inability to schedule an appointment (13%).
