Mount Sinai slashes 10-year IT capital costs by moving to the cloud

Mount Sinai Health System collaborated with Microsoft and Accenture to shift its operations to a hybrid cloud/colocation approach. The strategy aimed to tackle data center issues, reduce costs, improve recovery from outages, support innovation and create a scalable, secure technology infrastructure. Since implementation, the organization has consolidated and shut down data centers and servers, achieving cost savings and addressing associated risks.
