mPulse Acquires Healthcare Consumer Experience Platform Zipari

mPulse, a leader in Health Experience and Insights (HXI) technology, has acquired healthcare consumer experience tech firm Zipari. The acquisition expands mPulse’s reach to over 400 major healthcare organizations including 29 of the top 30 health plans in the US. The deal will combine mPulse’s HXI technology with Zipari’s customer engagement success to improve health outcomes, consumer experiences, and operational efficiencies.
