Multiple 0-Day Flaws in Automated Tank Gauge Systems Threaten Critical Infrastructure

Researchers from BitSight TRACE have discovered multiple vulnerabilities in Automated Tank Gauge (ATG) systems. These flaws, found across six ATG systems from five vendors, could potentially be exploited by cyber criminals to cause physical damage, environmental hazards and economic losses. The vulnerabilities permit full administrative control over the ATG systems and could lead to severe consequences such as service denial, physical damage, data theft and network intrusion.
